How do I update my practising address?

There are a few ways you can update your practising address depending on the type of change you are making.

In most cases, if your practising status is remaining the same and you are moving from one chambers or organisation to another, you can update your practising address through MyBar.

You can also update your address through MyBar if you are remaining with the same chambers or organisation and are moving to a different existing address of theirs.

However, if your chambers or organisation is moving to a brand new address that we do not already have on our records, then you will not be able to update this on MyBar. Instead, please email the Barrister Records team at [email protected] with confirmation of the new address and the date the move is effective from and we will make the necessary updates to your record for you.
