How do I change my Practising Certificate status?

You will need to log into MyBar, and complete the Change my practising status application. This can be found on the left-hand menu on the homepage under 'My practising details'.

You will need to click on the down arrow next to ‘My practising details’ which will open a menu with the option to complete a ‘Change my practising status’ application.

Once submitted this will be processed by the Barrister Records team, who may be in touch if any additional information is needed.

You will receive an email confirming when the change has been updated on your records.
